Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- While enjoying your stay at Red Wolf Chalet, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
- Vineyard: Food and wine served
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. Please note all visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend. However, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. There is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
Fees and Payments
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional $50 amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional $25/night each plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking and Vehicle Requirements
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Free parking is available at the property.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
- There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Hair dryers are not provided.
- Towels and linens will be provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- A washing machine and clothes dryer are available for guest use.
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the home.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Community Information & Notices
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
